kind of curious, anyone know what it costs to rent out a park?
About four years ago I worked with a guy that had gotten to go to a private after closing party in Tommorrowland in WDW. He said at the time he was told it cost $50,000 to rent out the one land and have bar tables brought in. But that was at least three or four years before I met him. So does anyone know how much renting out a land costs now?

My guess... If you have to ask, you can't afford it. :D:JustSomeGuyTN wrote:About four years ago I worked with a guy that had gotten to go to a private after closing party in Tommorrowland in WDW. I have no idea.
However, someone who had money did this last night. Studios closed at 6pm for a private party. Not one section, the whole park.
It created massive problems for Downtown. Guests came downtown instead of the parks and it was like New Years Eve for about 3 hours.

I have a feeling that is the biggest understatement of the century. It probably take A LOT of A LOT of A LOT to rent an entire park.vixen101485 wrote:Hmmm what does it cost to rent out the whole park? A LOT :D:
Around here, however, we don’t look backwards for very long.

If I had to guess, you'd be getting a deal at half a million. I am sure they keep it very expensive for a couple reasons: 1) so that it's profitable, and 2) so that not everyone can do it, so as to keep it very special for those companies and people that do do it. I know of one bus company in Seattle, Portland and SFO that I could see doing it. I mean, the owner does have a whole lotta money from other stuff, and he likes to spoil his drivers. I miss that company, but I am so glad to be here. But I do keep in touch.
My opinions are mine and mine only. If my opinions are the opinion of others who happen to share whatever my crazy views may be, then fine, but it's not because I represent them in having my opinions. Got it?
