Call me radical but...I'm actually putting a thread back on topic. It happens occasionally here.

I have just come back from a WDW trip and seen the Baby, it's worth it.
I have also, on separate trips, been in the front of a truck and the back of a truck. You DEFINATTELY want to be up front post back surgery.

The back is row is great for picture taking and picture taking. You can get some great shots. You will also feel every bump, bounce, jolt, pebble and blade of grass in exchange for this seating.

Pics of junior are still in the camera.

I was going to comment that the back row is bad for picture taking, since you do feel every bump, bounce, jolt, pebble and blade of grass. :D:
However, when the safari truck slows down or stops, then you can indeed get some great photos.
My sister and I rode the back seat on our last safari, and we gave up taking pictures, just flung our arms in the air and went "Wheeeee!" every time we hit a bump. I hope we didn't irritate the driver too much.

The advantage is that if you miss an animal on the other side of the truck from you, you can twist around and take pics out the back unobstructed as the truck moves forward.
You can also take pics of things behind the truck while it is stopped for something on the side.

The trip we asked for the back row was specifically for taking pics and we knew what we were up against motion wise. We had the row to ourselves and broke out the D-SLR and three lenses.

We're going to be doing the Wild African Trek in December and hope to get some great shots.

Baby elephant. Does anyone know if he / she has a name yet?

Taken from the side of a truck with a pocket digital camera.

okay I don't have an answer on the name but I just had to say:

AWWWWWWWWWWW!!!!!!!! *sniff* Makes me want to break into a chorus of Baby Mine. But then I'd start to cry, and you know me. Once I start...

But I've both experienced, and seen in the truck ahead of me from the driver's seat of the truck I was driving, people getting air time in row nine. In fact, I would say especially now since they've added that ninth row a couple years ago, make sure you do NOT sit in that back row, or you will be sorry for a very long time.
I'm sorry, but this image just makes me laugh!

I hope to catch up on the attractions and merchandise while we are there.
I saw it twice today! It's tied with Festival of the Lion King for favorite shows on property

I will be your guide for this magical journey into the movies. It's the perfect job for me, because I love movies! Is everybody ready? Great, because it's showtime. Ready when you are, CB!

I don't get why you're sorry. Now, apologize for being sorry!
