Yesterday I was watching the parade. A SG parent-dad says: Look there's Daffy Duck on top of the drum.
Oh really? I had no idea Daffy was a Disney character.
Really??? Bugs Bunny Is A Disney Character???

When we were at WDW a few weeks ago, my mom was sorting through my daughters pins with her and when they ran across her Flower (from Bambi) pin, my mom said, "Oh! Pepe le Pew! I love him!" Needless to say, she felt more than a little stupid when I pointed out that Pepe le Pew is neither a Disney character nor is he a girl.

Well, that just goes to show you how long it's been since I've watched Bambi...

I'm very glad you didn't post this during the Eisner era, or for sure this would get made.PatchOBlack wrote:Oh great, after reading that, I had the following pop into my head:

*snicker* Yes, the whole "Direct-To-Video" sequels thing did get out of hand. I did enjoy some of the animated series based on the more recent movies, such as Aladdin or Tarzan, though.BRWombat wrote:I'm very glad you didn't post this during the Eisner era, or for sure this would get made.
