Priority would not be based on size of park. It would be set up to allocate resources to process large jobs that occur at the end of the business day.
Meanwhile, in another time zone, CMs are attempting to process very small transactions that consist of:
Is this credit card valid and can $XXX be charged to it? YES/NO
If YES print receipt
If NO whack customer on pee pee
Seems pretty harsh for just having bad credit.

Bad credit is one thing. Credit card fraud is another. :bbbat:

As I understand it, a similar principle applies to a bunch of systems, including the registers. And of course, the Parks and Resorts outside the United States have their own systems which are completely separate from those used at DLR/WDW, so they're not even an issue.
When we had DPMS, we could actually view DVC reservations at the Grand Californian ... I haven't looked for them in Lilo yet, but since all the DVC resorts, including Hilton Head and Vero switched to Lilo, I would assume the Grand Californian did as well.

I have seen the register read the night before at 10:30 pm and the screen frozen. It is fun to read yesterday's date as well.
I also heard from our local Union 76 gas station that their systems were down.
Something about the country of Turkey and their president messing with the communications systems.

It may have been a satellite problem. What was the weather like?

But can you pull up DVC reservations at the Grand Other State yet?

Our weather was nice and sunny. The register on the turkey cart is located behind a few trees and the signal for the carts are located behind a building.
The weather has been nice except with one crappy day of rain. The last couple of days we have been dealing with strong cold Santa Ana winds. In Fontana the trucks were flipping over on the freeways. Dangerous conditions.
