They are worse than gypsy moths (except love bugs don't eat all the foliage off of the trees)

I'll take Love Bugs over Gypsy Moths ANY DAY....I am severly allergic to Gypsy Moths and this year I will hardly be allowed outside (they fall from the trees and are EVERYWHERE).

The summers out here are quite hot. July low 90's to upper 100's and sometimes humidity, August low 90's to mid 100's and September low 90's.

We have the June bugs out here and you can mistaken them as annoying lady bugs.

I always remind myself not to go into TT. The place has no shade and it is roughtly 15 degrees hotter than the remaining of the park.

I have been. The difference in types of heat were interesting. Vegas felt like I'd stuck my head in my oven, a very dry heat. Florida is a sticky way too hot shower heat.

doing some training at one of the areas of Nellis.....

and at another base farther north..

yeah, it gets hot!! we were doing stuff during the day and I got sunburned through my clothing!!

Hottest temp on record for Tucson,,,,,117. Didn't feel a bit over 112.
They were bussing people down from Sky Harbor to catch flights,,it was 123 in Phoenix.
