Depends on the position... ( I just had an entire diatribe that included a yoga referance and a catholic priest comment... but i deleted it in respect to those who do yoga... =-P )

No, the position doesn't matter at all. We've all signed the contract. Wether or not people follow it or not is up to them. Granted it's a legal binding contract. But still there are those who don't follow it.

Actually, I was thinking Route 82, before the Bayshore Freeway was extended.

Also, I'll throw in my two cents on the whole "By The Book" thing. If someone here feels uncomfortable making comments that are against company policy here, that's their decision and nothing wrong with that. If someone else feels that folks should know something, well, that's up to them. Each position has its value.

Thanks Patchy for the info. As often as I've been to San Jose have never heard of Route 82. Never knew 82 was old El Camino Real. Cool Ca. history. :)

:hysteria: Yeah, that is it...I am a by the book CM. You know, I even have a reprimand for being "too cast friendly!" Go figure!

Now..Given some of the SG comments being thrown around here lately, I am refraining from comment on the incident. MY original comment was intended to be an inferred warning to not discuss this until the dust settles here at SGT and with the on going investigation.

**tapping Kurtis on the shoulder ** First, I am a girl, silly! And I am not bad, I am just drawn that way! :jessica:

Second, no Cast Member is ever more important than any other Cast Member. That especially goes for the phalanx of :buttkiss: cast we have lately at WDW. I just happen to be in the wrong place at the right time a lot in my particular role. If Zazu wanted to know more, he is welcome to PM me.

Finally, Blood Alley is a nickname for Speedway.

82/El Camino Real is a major surface artery between San Jose and San Fran. It some places it's four lanes in each direction.

OMG. I just choked on my coffee.

Thank you, I needed that laugh. Namaste! (and I used to do yoga briefly before my spine checked out completely. So I appreciate the consideration. ;)

Seriously though, I am very sorry to hear about the accident, hope the CM is gonna be okay.

Being that I almost got my then almost totally blind arse (and the rest of me) mowed over by the High School Musical float on my last trip to the Studios I don't have anything to say about how anybody manages to get hit by a vehicle at WDW. If there's a way to find it, I will...

Yes hobie, realize this. Driven El Camino Real many times. Lived off The Bayshore in San Carlos, yet never heard referred to as 82. I could drive the entire area, except San Francisco. San Francisco is a Rosary Ride in my mind.
