Synopsis from site:
A 34-year-old man attempting to board the Revenge of the Mummy ride at Universal Studios Orlando died Wednesday after he fell into an area in front of a stationary vehicle.

More facts:
He was waiting for a liver transplant

His wife didn't think the line was wheelchair accessible, which it is, so she waited outside while he went in.

The safety gates block the track when open (area in front of the train) he fell over it when he lost his balance

Wow. *is amazed nobody's died at Seabreeze Park yet* Our Jack Rabbit (4th oldest coaster in the USA) has no gates and nobody's fallen in yet. :D:
