You know, I think that same woman showed up at the Mountain. She was complaining because, to her, using the Fastpass line just wasn't fast enough, dammit, and her son has AUTISM!DLRFantasmic!Dan wrote:My worst guest experience is when a guest made me feel stupid. Anyone have that happen to them?? I was at Buzz Greeter, recently coming back up from an hour and a half down time. Our standby and fast pass line were long. A lady come up with a GAC to bypass a line, the double headed arrows. I pointed to the Fastpass line, she ws in disbelief that she had to wait in that long of a line. She said she can't wait in that line because her child has autism.
I told her that if she wanted shorter wait times, she should have come in an off-peak time of year.
Not to be a smart-ass, mind you -- but come ON! What the hell else could I have told her?
