Well, surprisingly, I put in a transfer request to become part-time (i'm still technically seasonal). I put Studios-Sunset, as my first choice... then as a "what the hell" kind of deal, I decided to put in Monorails as my second....
Yup, I'm transferring to Monorails on April 9th. That's my first day, my last Tower day is April 8th. Just thought I'd share it. I was super excited to get the phone call.... I can't wait to start training! :D:

OOOOoooo lucky! I always wanted to work on Monorail, but I kinda always though it woulda taken too long to transfer from a foods based department into there :p:

Um, I don't know if I should say have fun or feel sorry for you. . .You would have been better going into third shift showkeeping that monorails.
Reason: You'll have to be there for six months before you can get cab trained. . CPs get it right when they arrive. (Or so a friend of mine who went to monorails, then left for that apparent reason said)

Good luck with that, I heard if the monorail goes over 1 mile an hour over the speed limit for more than 5 seconds, it e-stops, and I personally would not want to see what happens with an e-stoped monorail. So seriously, good luck!

:p: Of course I do, would you like to know where the bathroom is?
