Well NC/Late is a new thing under Presenteeism that carries the same number of points as a regular Late but if you get too many of them management will talk to you. Not sure how many in what period of time though.

When I was at WDW it was just 1, it counted the same as a call personal. Although a No Show would really damage your chances if you went for trainer, coordinator, or anything else.

Here is a wierd question:

Is there like a career path at DL or is it just start as a CM and end up doing it for the rest of your life, quit or get fired??

I know most themepark jobs are pretty much throw-a-way jobs which pay min (which is high in cali) wage and treat you like a piece of crap working the salt mines. It seems there has to be someone running around in a polo and a lanyard getting paid decient?? How do they get their job??

There are a lot of programs for hourly CMs to become full-time salaried managers. They really do promote from within a great deal, and even Matt Ouimet himself used to do ODV.
