At the old Disney Hyperion Studio, the screening room where animators would show animated scenes to Walt for his approval was small, with no ventilation or AC. Not only was it hot, but the animators were nervously awaiting Walt's reaction to their work. Thus, the room became known as the Sweatbox. Even after the Studio moved to Burbank and elegant screening rooms were offered to the staff, the moniker remained.
Now SGT has a sweatbox of our own. This is the place to find and post all entertaining topics such as video links, jokes, games, and the like. A general rule of thumb is that if the thread is meant to be informative (interesting news stories for example), or a topic for discussion (like setting up a park meet) then it should go in the Break Room, but if the intent is to entertain the masses then it's home is The Sweatbox. I'm sure there will be grey areas at times, so if you have doubt as to where a new thread should go, just use your best judgement and the SGT Staff will be glad to move it later if you guessed wrong.

If you're asking for clues, I will state that this particular Mickey hasn't
worked for Disney for many, many years. The photo is actually about 20
years old. A favorite ploy of old timers in that department was to sneak
alcohol onto the property, photograph themselves in costume with the
bottles of contraband and then have the pictures made into Christmas
cards...
(For those of you non-D/L people, other than what's served at Club 33,
there is no alcohol allowed inside Disneyland park proper. I think I
mentioned something before about the supervisor from Paris D/L who
came over for training before their park opened and brought a bottle of
wine to a Fantasyland potluck! :D )

Walt didn't want alcohol served in the park, wanting to keep a family friendly environment and not have to worry about the hassle that comes with it sometimes from people who don't control how much they drink. He allowed it for Club 33, however, since access to it is very very limited. Kind of ironic when you think about the fact that Walt was a heavy drinker. There is a foot locker in the Mark Twain where he used to keep his booze.
