Same here, but thank you for the concern. We have friends and relatives who are getting hit, but we've barely gotten a sprinkle here.

One of my part-time neighbors is from Houston. He owns a software company. He's stuck here for the moment because the airports are closed. He's in contact with his employees. Some have lost houses and others are heading for high ground.

What a mess.

If you've got a few spare bucks, send them to the Red Cross.

What part of Houston? I'm going to be volunteering with the Salvation Army, just need to iron out schedules. Got my food handlers certification last night.

I meant what part of Houston does your part-time neighbor live. My in-laws finally got out yesterday and are safe at my house.

We got some rain the other day from T.S. Lidia. Now I have Groucho Marx singing "Lidia, The Tattooed Lady" in my head.
