out here i the "great" state of cali-for-nia the priece for gas is $4.05 per gallon

$4.86 for regular. My cheapo Chinese 115 mpg scooter is getting a real work out.

I just got back from a trip to Oahu. I actually took a picture of a gas station so folks back home wouldn't complain as much :eek:

$3.70 +/- around here. Not too bad, but could be better. :-)

We get to pay an additional cost to cover the barge transportation from the refineries on Oahu plus $.50 a gallon in Maui County for road repairs that never seem to get done.

Costco is finally opening a gas station on Maui. When they opened their first one on Oahu prices dropped $.15 across the board. We've all got our fingers crossed.
