So now who are they going to get to play the title role in "Dick Clark's New Years Rockin Eve hosted by Ryan Seacrest" ?

Either it will be "Ryan Seacrest's Rockin New Years Eve Hosted by Ryan Seacrest" or it will remain the same to pay homage.

And a lot classier.

My guess is that the New Year show will remain his for one more year.
