She was carrying a can of Borscht.

You may have seen the news that Hawaii is expecting a couple of tourists to drop in over the next few days. Here's a picture of the lovely couple.

Looks like we're in for some wind and rain. The folks on the east side of Maui and the Big Island will probably get hammered.

Looks like a good time to work on perfecting my Ultimate Mai Tai.

Keep your hatches battened down. Will be thinking about you all. Good luck and pixies for minimal damage.

Good luck Hobie. Looks like they already had an earthquake on the big island. I hope everything will be ok.

What hurricane?!?!

The palms are bending pretty good and there's lots of white caps.

It's a little after 7 PM local time. The sun just set and it's getting pretty gray. We should see the big hit in about two hours.

Molokai is out there somewhere.

For us it was pretty much a non event. Lots of wind, very little rain.

The east side and the Big Island didn't do as well. Thousands of trees down, 15,000 without power, building either crushed by trees or blown off their foundations, it's a real mess.

Glad to hear you're OK.
Sorry for those who didn't fare as well as you.
