My neighbor, the Emmy winning video producer, decided to do a video about our little sailing program.

That is too cool. Sounds like a great program. Is it mostly local kids or are there some tourists that participate?

Mostly local kids. We do have a few from the Mainland that plan their vacation every year around the classes.

Some minor edits were needed. The new version can be found here...

That's too funny..I immediately had to forward that link to a friend of mine. He had his straps break while on an expressway, and his canoe launched into the vehicle behind him. He'll be thrilled to know it's not just him. :D:

My neighbor drives a gawd awfully expensive Mercedes SUV. She was taking the kids to school and got nailed in the grill (the car, not hers) by a flying surfboard. It then flew over her SUV and nailed a tourist car in the windshield. Luckily, it didn't penetrate.

The damage to the SUV appeared to be minor until she took it to the MB dealer. Approximately $10,000 to repair.

I'm sticking with my old beater Ford Explorer.
