I have said it before and I will say it again. WDW and DLR have GOT to start taking a better stance on SG's. They seem to be getting a reputation for "anything goes" if a guest has a hissy fit because they didn't get enough fairy dust sprinkled on them during their trip.

a lot of the "I want something for nothing" crowd. Or if an attractions goes out of service (101?) for some problem it suddenly ruined their whole day, and thus their whole stay, and by gosh they WANT something for the aligator tears.

too bad people like that can't be banned from one park, then have security send a message to all the other ones in the area and have an "auto-ban" for them!
