This hotel prankser is probably that same jerk who used to call fast food restaurants and get managers to perform sexualy violating "strip searches" on their employees by claiming to be police. Either that or he read about that guy and decided to try it with property damage instead. It's like the Milgram Experiments only totally effed-upedly real.
