Another article which gives a few more details. The buzz is that the guy was escorted out by security and banned, but there doesn't appear to be any official confirmation.

You know, in most cases I'd say a sign would be very likely to inspire, but in this case, those steps climbing upward are visible long before the sign will be, and they're a huge invitation. I've even thought they'd be great for climbing. Of course, I would never act on the thought...
