Well, he *did* mention the famous "teepees of debauchery". Those were *supposed* to remain a secret....Buggy wrote:Happy 40th Birthday Magic Kingdom...

So, CMs, what's the deal with the Partners statue? And where do you need to stand to see it and get the joke? Or is the author just making that up?

If you stay at just the right angle, one of Mickey's fingers makes it look as if Uncle Walt has an erection.

I'm a long time lurker who thoroughly enjoys reading the threads here and has gained an even greater appreciation for the Disney cast. I couldn't let the 40th pass by without (finally) piping up with a hearty thank you to those who make all the magic happen.
You helped to create some of my most treasured memories as a child and now are doing the same for my own children.
I hope that you are all treated with the appreciation that you deserve today and every day!

Sorry all, checked checked a few pictures, its Mickey's nose, not a finger. And no, you don't have to be a cast member to know this little bit of trivia, just someone with a vivid imagination and too much time on your hands.
Really, there is so very much to enjoy and love about the world. My wife and I went to the 10th in '81, hard to believe that was 30 years ago.

If you visit the Magic Kingdom today they are handing out special guidemaps that have a copy of the original park guidemap inside of them.

Re: Happy 40th Birthday Magic Kingdom
When Big Thunder Mountain had their big anniversary last year, they gave us all buttons, which one person working there promptly took before the rest of us knew about them and started handing out to guests.
My opinions are mine and mine only. If my opinions are the opinion of others who happen to share whatever my crazy views may be, then fine, but it's not because I represent them in having my opinions. Got it?
