Wild Rats

so I am sitting near the Orleans restaurant I eat at outside, the one nears the train station.
and I have made friends with some wild rats, they wont take food from my hand, but the will sit right near me and eat what I drop for them. so on rat climbs up on my show and stnds up, and I give it a frie and it takes off. and later in my room about a few hours later, I start itching.
and I think, did I get the fleas to the kingdom?
hotel said maybe mites, they changed all bedding and it gone thou.
good thing I didn't let Pluto shake hands with me.
