Princess Tormenters

Post by drcorey » Sun Sep 30, 2012 11:55 pm

Disney wants to be PC these days huh?
everytime I am at the land I hear some doofs make "impolite" comment to the princesses. and disney wants them to stay in charactor no matter what. ok, lets to it like the old day, you tello a princess she has a good butt and she should walk back off stage, grab her prince and go back on stage and confront the doof. and if no applogy is forth coming, have the prince pump his face in. it would teach them a lesson. and all a mom has to say to a watching child is, thats what happens when you disrespect a royal princess. it would teach kids manners too. which they would keep with them as they grow up.

It's too bad Disney had nothing to do with the Princess Bride. The princesses could send out either the Brute Squad or Fezzik to deal with their tormentors.

Is it that big of a problem that a cast member needs to punch out a guest?

a better reaction would be for the princess to have a "squirter" full of some seriously smelly perfume, and give them a squirt of "magic! to get rid of the evil inside them!

and what happens if said prince punches someone, and like Mongo, you just upset him?

not a gooood day in the prince business!

I think public shaming would work better. Have some women "of a certain age" working under cover and floating near the princesses. Then if someone makes an unacceptable remark, the under cover mother just steps in and publicly questions his upbringing, and whether that was they way his own mother taught him to speak to ladies, and what would his mother think of him acting that way in public, etc. If someone got it started, some of the other guests would be sure to offer support.

OR OUTFIT the princesses with a hidden microphone, and have the feed recorded. they play it back over full volume in front of a crowd!

I agree with having such rude folks dealt with in a fashion befitting a princess. However, I would suggest having a couple of "royal guards" on hand to go up to the ill-mannered lout, and give him the option of ether apologizing sincerely to the princess and leaving the area, or being escorted away.

Well if the PRINCES made appearances more often, then their girlfriends wouldn't be getting such comments. HINT, HINT Disney!

Although, I wouldn't mind signing up for the job of Fantasyland knight. As long as I have a plastic sword I can poke the rude ones away with.

Yes, I think it may be a good thing if these idiots were reminded that the princesses are ether dating or married to gentleman who tend to carry very big, sharp, pointy weapons.

Why plastic? I saw we keep them metal. Dull blades, but still enough to make any crude individuals think twice before doing something they will regret.

Dull blades leave better scars.

If Disney allows characters to walk around with metal props, I'd be all up for a metal sword. But I'd have to use plastic since it's theme-park appropriate.

Plus, if the jerk tries to take me to court, the judge will look at him funny when he tells him "she assaulted me with a toy!"
