Do you HAVE TO tell the SG you are / have called security and give them the their chance to bolt?

Less chance of them escaping if they are unaware of who's coming.

one way is if they are at an attraction offer to let them ride over and over again until security arrives. they think they are getting special treatment when the truth is they are just being kept in the location.
