Walt, like Elvis, is everywhere.

LOL Think I would have rather met Elvis than Walt. Walt would have been a more intelligent choice, but no one has ever called me intelligent.

My Mom is awesome!! Am nothing like her. Have no talents at all. :o: Mom says Walt called her at least once a month, more during the holidays. No wonder I grew up at DL & never had to pay. Must ask her more abt Walt.

At Knott's I used to have people ask where certain rides were that Knott's didn't have.

The Dragon Swing is at Knott's unless it's been taken down--you never know with them.

It was awful when I had a guest ask where Haunted Shack or Knott's Berry Tales or other long-gone atrractions were. And yes, they'd say they came to ride them. I was also surprised to see they'd copied these maps of Knott's that were totally inaccurate. But the topper was the one Knott's handed out that had a picture of the Parachute Drop on the front, when it had also been removed.

I miss running Tampico Tumbler. A friend of mine and I has less downtime on that ride than almost anyone, but then again, we also took as much time as we needed, even on busy summer days, to balance the ride. And other ride ops loved it, because we'd let them rotate over us.
