SG's are not limited to the park.

I'm afraid I have bad news for all of you. DLP has been permanently closed.

Yup that's right. I was out with some friends for dinner on Sunday and the topic of DLP came up in regards to a trip I'm planning for next summer ('08).

One of the people at the table said "Oh, you can't go there. They have closed the Paris Disneyland permanently". Doh!

"Really I replied? Did it happen yesterday? Because otherwise I think you might be wrong on that".

But of course in the true fashion of SG's the world over she was not to be persuaded by silly statements of fact.

On the bright side however, I guess none of you DLP CM's will have to put up with this particular SG anytime soon.

That is insane. I guess being an SG could be considered a full time thing. Lol.

Have you thought of returning the beer bottles piled up on your back porch? That's a small fortune in returnables there...

...or you could just use the money for more beer...

Actually ICS,I dont get 'squat' for bottles in this town. Now cans on the other hand.....My Dad say they give $1.50/lb in Cali for cans. 3 times what we get here. :(

Well, I'm happy to report that DL Paris is still open, despite Al Qaeda threats on tourist spots. I was in England and France last month and finally got to experience DLP. Was rather surprised that there were X-Ray machines at the bag check tents. It was also DL security doing the checking there - was thinking what an improvement that would be for Anaheim in terms of getting the SG's to co-operate. At any rate, loved the Park, however, as we were taking the train back to Paris, it happened to be the first time that the Eiffel Tower was evacuated for a bomb threat. There was heavy security, including the French Army, everywhere. So Scamp can assure the know-it-all SG that the contrary is *still* true...

Around here, however, we don’t look backwards for very long.

We keep moving forward, opening up new doors and doing new things, because we're curious…
and curiosity keeps leading us down new paths.
