SGT has changed hands

For the few of you who keep coming back, you know that SGT is basically dead. I've kept the site running, basically out of respect for the Cast Members who started this, and those that contributed some of the best stories to come out of Disney Parks.

But, times change. I was approached by the guys who run Uncle Walt's Insider, specifically Walt himself. He has followed SGT since the beginning, and saw a chance to take it over and breath some life into the site.

While my reign was short, thanks for sticking it out. Walt should be posting over the next few days to cast his vision.

Thanks to those guys who helped moderate the site, especially Zazu. He was a loyal moderator and administrator who wanted to see this site continue. I'll keep coming back to see how things progress!

As long as SGT continues in some manner, shape or form, I'm sticking with it.

Thanks for all you've done, ktulu, and Zazu, too. Here's hoping whatever is done with the site will bring a little life back into it. I'll be here!

Thanks for everything, Ktulu. I haven't contributed lately, but I always kept coming back and seeing what was happening. It was nice to always find it here.

It was my pleasure! I made some friends from this forum, and I still enjoy the mission. Heck, even Disney started making fun of the questions, so they found value as well! I hope that Uncle Walt's Insider can breath some new life into the site! I plan on sticking around!

Figures. I take a vacation and all hell breaks loose in my absence. Again.

I am happy to see that there's a groundswell of sentiment to carry on with SGT. I thought it was a speed bump, but what do I know.

And now that I'm no longer an admin here, perhaps I'll have time to finally write that book I've been threatening all these years.

Best wishes to the new team! Let me know if you need a hand with the smilies.

You should know by now not to take vacations.

You've never had to say, "No," to my wife!

Welcome to the new guard, and heartfelt thanks to all who are still here.
My wife and I have finally succeeded in moving to Anaheim, and would cheerfully buy a cocoa/coffee for anyone who wants one (just send us a PM). We are grateful to ALL CMs, for the magic you bring for all.
