The problem is no one knows the full extent of what they are going to be for... this is not a big brother thing as much as it is a marketing juggernaut.... They will know where you are at all times... They will know what you are browsing in the stores and they will know your habits and push product ...

And to give an example that you can verify with big wallaby... I knew about the rfid bs or magic your way+ that they are using back in late 2008 early 2009... and I only told BW about it.

This allegedly happened long after the park closed. Lime was parked at TTC overnight. There weren't many people around to witness it. Regardless, even if it did happen, it wasn't a big deal. Accidents happen! If no one was injured and no Guests were anywhere near the area, I can think of no reason ...
