The ambassador of Disneyland could just as easily have been Oswald the Lucky Rabbit.

Re: stupid guest stories on matterhorn
Greetings TikiLust and tommy_b, I am the resident dragon and would like to offer you a very warm* welcome to that slice of the internet we call SGT. This website contains threads with quick twists and turns and I would like to advise you to not try too hard to keep up with them. Please keep your ha...

Re: Another Discussion From Board x How many can fit in a Doom Buggy
When you get tired of arguing, you let 5 people (2 adults, 3 children) ride in the Doom Buggy and then pray you don't go 101 and you rehearse your statement to your supervisor about "guest courtesy". My all time record though was on Skyway, 10, 2 adult women, 4 small children and 4 baminos...

What Ride Did A Guest Insist DL Had
... And Disneyland never did. In the days before Splash Mountain many guests used to insist Disneyland had a log ride. I had guests ask what happened to the subway to the Disneyland Hotel ("you mean, monorail", "no it was an underground subway"). Same thing for the train to the h...

Re: Grad Night SGTs
I won't tell you *when* I went to my DL grad nite (lets just say the current generation probably thinks they used stone tablets and chisels ala the Flinstones in my day and age) but I do remember that we had to actually wear nice clothes. I mean dresses and slacks w/button-down shirts. I don't know...

Re: Grad Night SGTs
Actually, I'm pretty sure most teenagers are alright, it is just the bad ones stick out more in one's memories than those who don't do anything to call attention to themselves. I have my doubts. I know there are a lot of really good teens, but there seem to be fewer and fewer every year. Teens and ...

Re: stupid guest stories on matterhorn
Hello, TikiLust and tommy_b. You've had your drink and cool welcome, and now your final welcome will begin shortly. I call it your final welcome because few people survive to tell of it. Don't believe me? Look at how many members we have who have never posted anything, or only ever posted once over...

Re: Dumbest CM Injuries
I fell a couple of times on Matterhorn when were 101, which was never good when you had shorts on. Once I the waffle pattern stamped in my knee with a little blood and another time fell in the pond after pushing a sled. But others had it worse on Matterhorn. One nameless RO got his foot caught under...

Re: stupid guest stories on matterhorn
A much better SGdeath was the guy who got out of the PeopleMover inside the Tron part and tried to run alongside it. He didn't realize that once you get outside the building, the siding disappears. He literally ran right off the end of the track like Wyle E. Coyote off a cliff. I think that one won...
