Re: Unbeliviable SG Scam
That is the ultimate SG move right there. The nerve of people. What if CM's had been actually termed and prosecuted for this? :( On a lighter note: I do have to say it puts a smile on my face when I saw a GSR that the Director of Operations added to saying: " DO NOT OFFER GUEST ANY MORE C...

Re: If you can't read a schedule, I probably don't want to work with you
I could understand if it was in military time. When I began at universal they used military time so your schedule would say
16.5 - 23.2 - Which meant 4:30 pm to 11:12 pm

Re: Policing of GAC Cards
I heard that GACs were only be given out for cognitive disabilities now. Which is probably not the case. Either way, just because someone has a condition, doesn't need the need the pass. Which I think a lot of people feel they "get" a GAC because they "have" a particul...

Re: Something I have always wondered about refunds
At the water parks we do have a "shopping pass" procedure; the Guest buys a one day water park ticket, and if they return to the selling or any other window within 30 minutes and are still dry we will refund their money. I Ugh. The Shoppers pass  . Ours was an hour limit. It was wors...

Re: Something I have always wondered about refunds
Glad to DL isn't the only one with a No-Refund policy. Where I worked, refunds (rain checks etc) weren't given out even if it was raining and the rides were closed. On a few occasions, comp tickets were given to special circumstances (family emergency, becoming ill at the park) and the guest were gi...

Re: Guest was Appalled!
I once read a Guest Complaint about our water park. She emailed to the server, it basically stated.. " My son and his friends came hear for birthday party. After waiting in line for 90 minutes for a water slide, it was closed with no explanation. There was only one food location open and their ...

Re: Funny Radio Calls!!
Something along the lines of " Park 1 please respond to a 10-65, 10-38, 10-100 outside of __(I forget the location)___" Which means an angry guest that has vomited and wet themselves....
I wonder what that was about.....

Re: Another Discussion From Board x How many can fit in a Doom Buggy
I've done 4. 3 skinny adults and one 8 month old baybay. As for grouping stories.... I remember grouping at Mummy many years ago. It was 4 to a row( four rows of four). A group of 5 pre teen boys approach, so I say the old 3 in row 3 and 2 in row four. Once they entered the grouped rows, the realize...
