Re: Finger pointing is what again???

"Thank you BOB from ATLANTIC CITY." Yeah, showing that you know his name is really going to get you your way... how entitled do you have to be to believe you're actually in the right trying to complain about people being seated before you because they had reservations?

Re: Ohai!!!!

Amphigory, I've been working at a call center, as IT support, working part time at a startup tabletop gaming company, running my MayoWare, and co-staring in a web series. WEDFan, TBH I was displeased with the storm, but that was mostly because my fellow upstate drivers seem to have all forgotten how...

Stupid Caller Tricks...

Sorry to have bailed for a while... I've been in training for my new job in a Xerox Services contract call center (i.e. Xerox pays us but is not our client.) Inbound calls, help and information line, further details confidential. There are soooooo many clincaly stupid people who call each day. I'm n...

Re: Charactor Performers, Audition Tips?

Pretty sure I didn't make the cut. They say there's actually no roles open right now for full timers, they're just putting us in a pool, but then they didn't call my number for the second round of auditions...

And now I have the Hip-Hop version of "It's a Small World" stuck in my head.

If he's a troll he's a very entertaining one. I love watching people tangle themselves up in their own internally inconsistent logic and fall on their faces.

Re: Charactor Performers, Audition Tips?

Ok here's a question, I interviewed for a mundane job actually in my area yesterday. If I wind up getting an offer and declining it, (in the event I get the mundane job, which I wouldn't have to relocate for) would that hurt my future Disney Employment prospects?

Charactor Performers, Audition Tips?

I've been unemployed since last February, and am still looking for a job, and it seems that Disney is having a Character Performer Audition in my area. I want to give it a go. I have amateur musical theater experience for over a decade, some classes in corporeal mime that I think well help. I love p...
