Stupid Guest Tricks

From what I have heard, Yeti is chillin out with some strobe lights, and I'm not 100% sure on Carnotaurus, but he may be back in his usual terrorizing photo spot... when I talked to cast members, they said he was out for a short rehab... possibly a couple weeks... maybe less... again, not 100% sure...

A colleague of mine had the "joy" of dealing with a family, who had the GAC, and was more than rude to her. 99.999999999% of the time, we are approached by wonderful, kind, and excited "Make a Wish" families who are always very respectful to our cast, friendly, and understanding ...

I have guests still go ape when they have to wait. It's like after they review the fine print etc. It's as if they don't even remember a single thing told to them when they get to the attraction... or they don't think we have this information. In our situation, we have to personally escort the guest...
