Re: Whoopi's comments on the view

It'll stay; I'll see to it. And please note that most of those here bitching about ECV abuse are bitching about the able who don't actually *need* them. Yes, there are also a few who both need them and can't drive. Those folks should also clue up. But I don't think anyone here wants to deny the use...

Re: Question for Haunted Mansion workers!

OMG that's adorable... I would love to witness that, though I suppose the logistics to try and get to get slotted into the room with the kid running it would be unreasonable, so I shall just have to hope it happens by chance some day. 8^) Just imagine a tiny voice behind you going "PLEASE STEP...

Re: Wild SGs at The World famous Jungle Cruise

The Sadie was my favorite. We had a thing going on that no other boat and skipper had. It was pure magic. I'll never forget how it starts to smoke and act up on all the other skippers, but then behaved beautifully for only me. I love you Sadie. :lovestruc Well the boats that are giving us problems ...

Re: Question for Haunted Mansion workers!

We have a really great cast at Mansion. One thing they do, if you've never seen it done before is a guest maid/butler magical moment. At 13:13 a child is invited to accompany a cast member and help them "pull a stretch room." The child is dressed up in a youth size maid/butler costume, is ...

Re: Whoopi's comments on the view

I loved Whoopi's comments! She had the nerve to say what every single CM has wanted to say for ages...

Re: Wild SGs at The World famous Jungle Cruise

Wonder if the boat that sank also came off the tracks. I believe the sloop was called Sankaru Sadie . It really put the "sank" in Sankaru! :D: Actually the Sankaru Sadie is the one boat in our fleet that has actually "sunk!" And yes, if a CM isn't paying attention when switching...

Re: Wild SGs at The World famous Jungle Cruise

Nice thing about the Jungle Cruise, when you get someone like that you have the option of making the rest of the cruise about them :) Okay, not officially. But if you do it right, you won't get any complaints and you'll have the whole boat rolling with laughter in ways we haven't seen since they to...

Yes, I can verify the Supervised Children Policy: the child must be 7 years of age to ride alone or if they are under 7, with a rider at least 14 years or older.

Wild SGs at The World famous Jungle Cruise

Had this complete idiot of an SG while cruising the Nile today. I was spieling to my boat on the African Veldt, looked up and saw an adult male STANDING in the back doorway while his buddy was snapping photos! Mind you there's a really quick left to right turn on that part of the track, and I was sa...

Re: Really?!

Some of the WDW guest relations cast that I talked to about these are on the ground laughing about it when we discuss it. Even my attractions colleagues and I randomly approach each other saying "I am disabled" and we just crack up. It's great.
