Christopher, I agree with the sentiment of respecting live performers and giving the CM's their due. No argument there. But from what I recall, the outcry was not about the quality of the performances, but about the quality of the show itself. "Light Magic" is famous (infamous?) for suckin...

Re: Diet Soda

When the temperature of Aspartame exceeds 86 degrees F, the wood alcohol in ASPARTAME converts to formaldehyde and then to formic acid which in turn causes metabolic acidosis. (Formic acid is the poison found in the sting of fire ants). Metabolic acidosis for those of you that don't know, hampers t...

Re: non-CM 'shareholders' with their panties in a wad

Wow, "DisneyLover" sure does know how to win friends and influence people, huh? About the only way he could make his viewpoint less credible here would be to claim to be a relative of Michael Eisner with an AP and a need for a "front of the line pass." <snerk> Hey, when I signed ...

Well said, Christopher! Like you, I never realized the extent of the crud that CM's take before finding this site. Even though the parks are great, they'd just be glorified Six Flags without all of you wonderful CM's. I wager most guests feel that way. Sorry we don't tell you more often!

Oh, please start. The mind reels from the ways a stupid guest could mess with that name.

So he asked me if my name was Brian (which it is), and I answered him, "no, it's Joseph".... Not to defend truly stupid questions, but that one may be excusable. There's enough CM chatter online about losing nametags and having to wear someone else's, that the guest might just be trying t...

Funny!

Did anyone else see the comic strip -- I think it was Bizarro -- from a day or two ago? It had a weatherman saying, "Hurricane season is winding down, but now we have a volcano headed towards Florida."

Has any else considered that the storms might be the Wrath of God over Eisner still being around -- sort of a "let my people go" kind of deal? Just a thought. :)
