Re: The Dragon is Coming to the World
...in 309 days. We already have our vacation packages booked and we'll be staying at Port Orleans Riverside. We'll be down there for about 2 weeks, and while we expect to spend most of our time at Disney, we also plan to hit Sea World, Kennedy Space Center, Busch Gardens, and both Universal Studios...

Janet Waldo will not be down for breakfast

Disney fans know her as the voice of Grandmother in Act IV of the current version of the Carousel of Pro...

Disney is also hauling out and killing alligators from the lagoon and Bay Lake. They promise to keep doing so until they find some sort of proof that they've killed the right one. Yeah, that'll teach those mean gators to stay away from the beach!

Re: Kubrick
I remember reading 2001: A Space Odyssey and seeing the movie when I was a kid. As I recall, the movie stuck pretty closely to the book, which is kind of unusual. What was unusual is that the movie preceded the book. The screenplay was based on Clarke's short story "The Sentinel", which c...

Re: Disney Discriminated Against Autistic Kids
Does make you wonder who's in a wheelchair or scooter because they actually need it, and who's just faking.... If they aren't teenagers, then you can pretty much stop wondering. Let me tell you, from experience, that there is nothing even remotely fun about using a scooter or especially a wheelchai...

Re: Disney Discriminated Against Autistic Kids
I also noticed that some around us didn't pass the smell test for having an actual disability. The best was a group of six girls with a rental wheelchair. The wheelchairee had a velcro support boot loosely wrapped around her foot. All six were doing the are-we-gonna-get-caught eye ball moves. We sa...
