It is not at all ludicrous to expect Disney CM's to treat guests in a respectable manner. If you must vent your frustrations, do so behind the scenes. I worked at DLR (when it was just DL, no R) at the Emporium. So of course, we were asked all sorts of questions. The guest ASKING the question never heard the question or the answer quite as clearly as the person behind them in line. Guest question? Yea... "What time does the 9:00 parade start?...
