I've lived in Southern California for 45 plus years and I have nothing but sympathy for tourists driving our freeways.....heck for locals trying to do the same. I get frustrated when my driving directions say take I-10 East and the freeway signs read: I-10 San Bernardino I-10 Santa Monica. Ummm........

There were three attractions at Disneyland I would always go on for the sole purpose of relaxing and falling asleep (upright): Tiki Room; Country Bears; People Mover. I had the strangest dreams whenever I caught some zzz's there.

The day of the fire I actually was working at Gibson Amphitheatre on the Universal lot. The blaze was just down the hill from us. Luckily the wind was blowing the smoke and fumes in the opposite direction. I didn't mind that the park never opened. What killed me was the fact that City Walk stayed cl...

Nicolas Cage stated that he would like Disney to create an attraction based on the National Treasure films. Maybe such an attraction could be based in Adventureland. Guests could explore a foreboding temple, encompass "dangerous" situations but escape unscathed, all to a familiar score. Oh...
