Re: Life on the WDW Railroad

Here is a good book by a former castmember who played dreamfinder. He has good advice on his experience as a character. http://dreemfinder.wordpress.com/ Another good place to go is Burnsland about the Disney railroads. http://burnsland.com/disneyrailroads/ If you ever get the chance to meet Michael...

I would love to work on the Walt Disney World Railroad; however, they dont pay into railroad retirement. That is why I work on a freight railroad.

College program pay and rent.

I was on the WDWCP in Spring 1991. I made $5.60 an hour and lived in a six person apartment at Vista Way that cost me $56.00 a week. The four person apartment cost was $79.00 a week. Just curious what they pay on the college program and charge today for housing.

Re: Guest Gains Access To Utillidoors

They did serve the food from on stage at a higher price to guests and a cheaper price to castmembers back stage. Best example is the old plaza pavilion restaurant in Tommorrowland. Closing the Park. What guests do.

5. Stich's Great Escape. Ruined the Alien encounter. 4. Ellen's Universe of Energy. The dinosaurs were fine on their own. 3. Mission to Mars. Please that was sappy in the 1990's. 2. The abridged Backlot Studio Tour. It was better with the Golden Girls house. 1. Disney Hollywood Studios. It was bette...

Re: Guest Gains Access To Utillidoors

I worked in the MK in Custodial and in the Spring 1991 WDWCP. The tunnels were easy to access in 1991. No one asked for id back then. I had to help a guest leave the tunnel who took a wrong turn looking for the restrooms. The food backstage was the same food on stage. All the food was still prepared...
