Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party SG
My mom, sister, grandma, and I are in "the world" right now. We went to the last Mvmcp on Dec. 18. We were at the front of main street looking towards the castle. Noone on main street is moving everyones taking pictures etc. Well this woman behind my mom kept hitting the back of mom's legs...

Re: Top 5 most missed WDW attractions...
5. The skyway. I loved seeing the park from the air. I always had to do a round trip as my wheelchair couldn't go on one of the buckets. It was the first ride I ever rode at Disney World. 4. Mr. Toad's Wild Ride. We use to scream go to hell at each other than do it. 3. The orginal Dreamfinder and Fi...

Re: Things that make you crazy!
I am not a CM but I visit the world at least twice a year. I hate when parents let little Tommy and Susie run all over the place and then yell at me when I am unable to stop my 300 lb electic wheelchair in time to avoid hitting the child that darted in front of me. When setting up to watch the parad...

Re: Need Help - Was I a SG?
You are not a SG. I get at least three "why do they get to skip the line?" or "it's not fair they get to skip the line" a day when I visit Disney. I am a quadrapelgic (yes I can move my arms but not my fingers which means 4 of my limbs are impaired) and I use my own electric whee...

Re: Question for transportation CM
Happens most on the way to MK little kids get excited and they love hearing songs they know. On the way back we don't with the exception of the last bus from the Pleasure Island/west end. Some drunk will start the song and only know a few lines. Then we'll join in and finish it. We Gage the situatio...

Question for transportation CM
How do you feel about guests breaking into song on buses or boats (monorail doesn't matter as much as CMs aren't in every cab)? My sisters and I often start Disney songs during rides to and from the resort. At least one of us knows every word and we only sing "Small World" if a kid asks us...

Re: Bathroom Tricks
Man, if someone did that to me, I'd tell them, look, I have this disability, and if I don't get to the bathroom on time to empty out, I could actually die. Then, at the top of my voice, I'd say, That would make you liable for a murder charge! And my family will prosecute! Then I'd lower my voice ba...

Re: Bathroom Tricks
That is creative and disgusting. There are plenty of places where a guest can go around the corner for a time-out that isn't going to cause other people problems. Either that, or if you really want to make a statement, go back to the room. But, being a SG, she isn't aware of her actions and how the...

I have tales from the Paint your own pottery studio. I owned one between 2003-2005. Unfinished bisque absorbs everything. The paint, water, oils from your hands, and food oils. We always went threw the rules wash your hands, pick out a piece, how to use our paint (lightest color first, only put a do...

Bathroom Tricks
I was talking to my sister the other day when she reminded me of one of our top 5 stupid guest tricks experiences in over 25+ trips. In July 2010 we were on vacation with our 2 cousins (14 and 17), sister (17), our parents, aunt and uncle, her (12) and me (26). I took the "kids" to MKs EMH...
