I'd like to know why almost every time I take Community Drive/DVC Way to Buena Vista Dr a driver has to stop at that intersection for like 2 minutes. I'm assuming s/he's futzing with the computer before they pull into Marketplace and I'm glad s/he's not doing while driving but is it really that diff...
