I don't thinki E-stop was hit, but it was just a ride stop instead. But you can hear TJ on the PA near the end yelling at them.
I honestly can't see how it's faked...

Re: Why the rush at Splash Mountain?
Yeah, but this bellhop didn't even do a visual check or anything. Once everybody got in, and he got his "belt ok" lights he hit dispatch.

Re: Why the rush at Splash Mountain?
I can't believe this. When I was at the resort a few weeks ago I caught a bellhop on TOT not checking seat belts. Then the area before the load belt on HM was so overcrowded that you literally could not move (see the full story HERE . Now they're dispatching vehicles without lapbars down? Granted, y...

Re: Whoever arranged these tables...
Sigh. When I was at the resort a few weeks ago, I saw this. In the same area I also saw another exit that was blocked by tables. I was able to overlook it because there were other exits in the area. But then when I went on Haunted Mansion, I got really concerned. Story time: So I was at MK, and deci...

THAT is what the mindset should be for every ride operator.Teddykeiko86 wrote:"this is a big deal, and I am not going to dispatch a train if I can't be 100% sure that is safe".

Ride of Steel Accident- Darien Lake
An Iraq War Veteran recently was thrown from Ride of Steel at Darien Lake. The ride uses a lap bar and seatbelt to secure riders. Here's the kicker, he's an amputee: One leg was completely amputated, and the other about halfway between the knee and the hip. So he was only secured by part of his righ...

Re: If you can't read a schedule, I probably don't want to work with you
Meh. I got screwed yesterday/today. Our schedule comes out on Friday. Since I was not scheduled to work on Friday and Saturday, I had made plans to go out of state. So knowing that I was not going to make it into the store to get my schedule, I called and asked the supervisor to tell me what time I ...

Re: Rapture this weekend?
It was supposed to happen in the 90's as well. Still here.
And the guy who started this crap (some old guy, whatever his name is) seems to have forgotten a crucial part in the Bible. The part where Jesus says: "No man knows the day or the hour."

Re: Universal Studios Part I
I'm not sure if SFMM ever did. I know Universal didn't (Lower Lot and Starway were opened the same time.) However, I do remember Dogpatch USA (which used to be up in the Ozark mountains near Harrison, Arkansas) did have one. Since the park's closure, it's been left to rot (the only ride that wasn't...
