So I guess the moral of the story is to carry a basic first aid kit to the parks just in case. I never even thought about people with latex allergies, or that Good Sam laws don't apply to CMs on the clock.

Thanks for the welcomes and the information. :) Parent on Board X never mentioned telling the 6 CMs around that Child had been hurt. I guess Parent just expected them to instinctively know.
