Just heard on the news about the monorail collision this morning. I hope none of our cast members here were involved in this. My thoughts go out to the family of the cast member who was killed. I do wonder how this happened.

That is bad in so many ways. Yep... my favorite though is when people INSIST that I explain to them what is wrong with their computer, and then they tell me they didn't understand what I said. I usually then sum it up with "it's broken."
