Re: Universal Management Lets Guest Get Away With Battery
Disney's security can be fairly selective sometimes. Or at least the supervisors can be. A number of times working in Rails we had somebody get pushed or just receive a terrible verbal bashing from a guest, only to have the sup end up apologizing to the guest and giving them a fruit basket or comps ...

Re: Kicking ass, and taking names.
A lot of the complaints don't go anywhere - especially if they're from people obviously out of their mind or trying to scam some free comps by complaining. I had a few times where somebody had filed a complaint about me, but they were always dropped. Not only did the guest's complaint not make sense ...

Re: We Have Bathrooms For A Reason....
Ah, bathrooms. They were always a problem for guests riding the monorail. Once I caught a woman standing with her kid behind the station console at the Magic Kingdom station. The kid was peeing against the cabinet on the back side of the console. I asked them what the heck they were doing and she ...

Guest: Where is the Monorail?
Me:Right up this ramp here.
Guest: You people should really put some signs up around here. It's impossible to find anything.
Me: Like this six foot tall sign I'm standing next to that says "Monorails"??

Re: Guests Who Ruin Your Day...
Once I was driving the monorail on the Lagoon (resort) Beam and we stopped at the Magic Kingdom and a lady and her kid jumped from out of the monorail car behind the cab into the front cab. I let them know that we had people already waiting at the MK station to get in the cab and if they wanted to ...

Re: Here's Your Sign: The Disney Saga
After reading some of these, I'm glad to know I wasn't the only one getting directions to Universal questions. I got 'em all the time in Monorails.
Guest: Where's the monorail to Universal?
Me: There isn't one. You have to drive there - it's not a Disney park.
Guest: So there isn't a monorail that ...
