This sounds like a sad state of affairs. :( I think it's awful that such a decorated cast member lost their job because of this policy.... I personally make it a point to write compliments to reward those CM's that are out there making magic despite the working conditions. I also agree with the stat...

I think it depends on the eyeline... there should be seating areas and standing areas... but the CM's actually need to be able to enforce them... but what I really think (in my drug induced hallucinations...lol) is that the entire hub should rise out the ground on hydrolics bringing up from undergro...
