Correct. Also, it is difficult to identify who belongs to which voice on an audio recording. Difficult, too, to identify when and where the audio exchange too place.

Anyway, my point is that late-returning FPs don't make a statistically significant difference in the wait times for the other time windows, which is why Disney continues to allow them. My guess would be the supporting structure was engineered to support a vertical load with some lateral resistance.
