Oh God NO!!!!! PLEASE don't let them be jacking up the AP prices AGAIN. Just today I took a call from a guest that said that they wouldn't be renewing because of the price hike we just had in April. Like I care if he renews, but I am VERY tired of hearing people bitch about it!!!

I know this is a response to an old post, but fortunately, we DO NOT give a full refund to pissed-off guests who want to return their AP because of the changes in the SAP system. The brand new Passport processing Center! (Also known as the exit of Space Mountain). It's right by the bathrooms, so you too can experience an 8 hour shift of that fabulous smell, combined with no AC, no windows so the guest can get right up in your face, and no where to escape the guest, because t...

My boyfriend is Disneyland Security, and NO they DO NOT train with the Secret Service! Most of uniformed security is retired cops and firefighters. They are good for visual deterrant (If you don't stop yelling, I am going to call Security) and calling APD.

Answering the home phone is always a sign. "Thank you for calling the Disneyland Resort Ticketing and Reservation line, this is...oh, shit." Fortuanetly, it was a friend on the other end, and when he stopped laughing, he completely understood.

I always buy my sunglasses from the Team Center for two reasons: 1. I can for sure wear them at work and 2. They're cheap! I usually lose or break mine within a month anyways, so I see no point in spending several hundred dollars on a pair of designer sunglasses.
