I am aware. That shows that she is an eligible dependent, and has certain privledges associated with that (such as commissary access), but not that she has authorization to use his credit card.

I was at an intersection in downtown Fullerton a while back, and when the light turned green for me, a bunch of punk teens decided to cross the street directly in front of me. They had the nerve to flip me off when I blasted the horn at them. :mad:

I was thinking something similar. Just have scanners at doorways and such. A difficulty with that approach would be distinguishing between exit and entry scans, and people loitering at the doorways without actually entering or exiting.
