Stupid Guest Tricks

I am here, just came back from a 3 night mental health visit to "the world". Had a great time just hanging out at the resort and swimming. It is too hot for the parks. Only disappointment was the waitress at Kouzzina who gave herself a $24.00 tip out of my packet. That was a 31% tip! :(

BCBS-My I speak with Je Anne
Me-There is no Je Anne at this number
BCBS-Maybe I mispronounced the name
Me-Maybe; Jeanne
BCBS-Yes, I am so sorry
Me-yes you are
BCBS-May I speak with her ...
