Well. technically the line ends at the lib and there is no way to regulate the boiler room. We load all the numbers 1st send Alpha wing then Charlie wing and load bravo (middle). Its just the way the line flows, it was keeps the line moving. If we wait the boileroom gets backed up.

We have the same problem at tower. By all means people arnt allowed to be back door because everyone must see the documentary of HTH and must read the safety signs at the front gate. The only time we back door people is if they are high celebs coming to tower, and for that we usually get a call from...

I cant agree more, these are major safety's. However I have done this at tower, but have never left my elevator unattended. If I am dispatching to fast and waiting, I will go sit down instead of talking to the guest. I still come to dispatch in a few secs anywayz.

This is still bad PR for DCA, bad enough we don't get a lot of guest.
