Unfortunatly, If you work at universal, they side with the group. Most of the coaster management there is stupid, barely trained, and barely competent. Hate the article all you want but the truth is that training is not what it once was at Disney. I worked in attractions at Disney and saw many trainees signed off that should not have been.
